Leadership & Expertise
AtlasAE is guided by Steven’s dual licensure as both a Professional Engineer (PE) and Registered Architect (RA), offering clients a rare combination of design creativity and technical precision. His multidisciplinary background allows AtlasAE to approach every project with a holistic perspective, ensuring that aesthetics, structural integrity, code compliance, and constructability align from the earliest planning stages.
Steven has served as architect and engineer of record on multiple ground-up and redevelopment projects, including complex infill developments in one of the country’s most demanding construction environments. His experience spans the full development lifecycle, including due diligence, feasibility analysis, entitlement coordination, permitting, budgeting, and construction planning.
Prior to founding AtlasAE, Steven held leadership roles within multidisciplinary engineering environments, where he helped build and scale technical teams while delivering projects across multiple asset classes and industries. That experience now drives AtlasAE’s commitment to efficiency, collaboration, and technical excellence.
