  • Becca is the Studio Manager at AtlasAE, where she leads day-to-day operations and ensures the efficient delivery of projects across the studio. With over 15 years of experience in architecture and interior design, Becca brings deep expertise across residential, multifamily, office, tenant improvement, retail, warehouse, and public projects, having worked on projects nationwide. She has led work through all phases of design—from concept and documentation through construction administration—and is highly experienced in coordinating clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants. At AtlasAE, Becca is responsible for managing workflows, production standards, and team coordination, enabling the studio to operate with clarity, consistency, and speed while supporting high-quality, design-driven outcomes.

  • Jorge brings over 20 years of experience in the architecture industry both commercial and residential market sectors. Specializing in residential design, he has a proven track record of leading the design and documentation of complex residential projects, ensuring they are both beautiful and functional. Jorge has also successfully led the design of large-scale commercial projects, including hospitals and research centers, showcasing his versatility in the architecture field. His deep expertise in design, construction documentation, and material selection allows him to deliver projects that meet the highest standards. With proficiency in industry-leading software like Revit and AutoCAD, Jorge is dedicated to creating homes that reflect the unique needs and aspirations of homeowners.

Architect | Senior Project Manager

  • Mike is a structural engineer and project manager with over 12 years of experience supporting single-family residential and light commercial projects, including new construction, renovations, and adaptive reuse. His work focuses on practical, code-compliant structural solutions that balance performance, constructability, and architectural intent—whether designing efficient framing systems for new homes, reinforcing existing structures for additions and alterations, or guiding small commercial buildings through structural upgrades and conversions. Mike leads projects from concept through construction, coordinating closely with architects and builders to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and smooth delivery at every stage. He holds an M.Sc. in Structural Engineering & Project Management, an M.Sc. in Road & Transportation Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.

  • As a licensed architect, Ramin helps homeowners by being an active project manager for their projects. His ability to listen to client needs and effectively space plan and program spaces allows seamless collaboration with our clients.

    With a unique ability to space program with the knowledge of building codes and current drafting practices, he’s an effective team leader resulting in continual project successes.

  • Diane LeBon is a skilled project manager with a diverse portfolio that includes renovations and new constructions. She has experience in every project phase, from inception to completion, and is dedicated to creating spaces that are both functional and visually appealing.

    Diane pursued Graphic Arts at MCCC, obtaining an Associate Degree, and later returned to study Architecture. She achieved her Bachelor of Architecture Degree at Drexel University through their evening program, balancing full-time work and home renovation. Her passion for green building, environmental concerns, and sustainable design led her to become LEED certified.

  • Bob is a highly knowledgeable mechanical engineer with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for single-family residential projects.At Konstruct Residential, he ensures that homebuilding projects are equipped with efficient, high-performance MEP systems that enhance comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability. With a deep understanding of modern building codes, sustainable design, and smart home integration, projects are delivered with customized solutions that optimize indoor air quality, heating and cooling performance, and electrical safety. His expertise ensures that every home is designed and built with precision, efficiency, and lasting value.

Lead MEP Engineer

  • Katsiaryna (Katia) is an accomplished architectural designer with bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the City College of New York (CCNY). Since 2010, she has been involved in various commercial and residential projects in New Jersey and New York. Proficient in architectural software, Katia combines her strong eye for design and aesthetics with technical skills to create functional and visually appealing spaces.

Designer | Project Coordinator

  • Since 2011, Meredith has resided in Princeton, NJ serving the firm as Office Manager. Along with managing the day-to-day office operations, she directly supports the President and Founder of the Company, handles accounts payable & receivable, maintains the Firm’s Architecture and Engineering licensure and prepares drawings for delivery/pickup.

    In her spare time, Meredith is a painter. She is a BFA graduate of Mason Gross at Rutgers University. Her work is Home to Five Painting and Sculpture Installations within the Neo-Natal, Women’s Ambulatory, Pediatric Neuroscience Center, and the Radiology wings of St. Peter's Medical Center in New Brunswick, NJ.
