  • Since 2011, Meredith has resided in Princeton, NJ serving the firm as Office Manager. Along with managing the day-to-day office operations, she directly supports the President and Founder of the Company, handles accounts payable & receivable, maintains the Firm’s Architecture and Engineering licensure and prepares drawings for delivery/pickup.

    In her spare time, Meredith is a painter. She is a BFA graduate of Mason Gross at Rutgers University. Her work is Home to Five Painting and Sculpture Installations within the Neo-Natal, Women’s Ambulatory, Pediatric Neuroscience Center, and the Radiology wings of St. Peter's Medical Center in New Brunswick, NJ.

Office Manager

  • Owen is a designer with over 12 years of professional architecture experience and a Master of Architecture degree from Kansas State University.     Over the past six years, Owen has also worked extensively in custom and production residential design, including single-family homes, repeat plan sets, and infill projects. He enjoys solving real-world design challenges, thinking through feasibility and constructability early, and creating drawings that make projects easier to build. His approach balances creativity with efficiency and a strong understanding of how projects actually come together.

Project Coordinator

  • Jon Canter is the Principal of AtlasAE, where he leads the firm’s architectural practice and oversees day-to-day operations. In this role, Jon is responsible for developing and scaling AtlasAE’s residential architecture platform, building a national presence focused on efficient delivery of small projects across multiple markets. His leadership emphasizes streamlined workflows, technology-driven design, and consistent quality standards that enable AtlasAE to expand its residential services while maintaining strong client relationships.

    Prior to joining KONSTRUCT and AtlasAE, Jon founded and led Canter Design and Construction, delivering design and construction services across residential and commercial sectors. Earlier in his career, he held positions at KSS Architects, STV Inc., and Corgan Associates, contributing to complex projects including the Newark Airport Terminal One redevelopment, the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway redevelopment proposal, and FedEx’s Goethals Commerce Park facility. His experience spans infrastructure, aviation, and commercial developments, providing him with a strong technical foundation in BIM coordination, digital design workflows, and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

    Jon holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts with a minor in Architecture from Lafayette College. He is a licensed architect in various states, an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and holds NCARB certification for multi-jurisdictional practice. As a LEED AP BD+C professional, Jon remains committed to integrating sustainable design principles into the built environment while advancing scalable solutions for residential architecture.
